On behalf of the North Central Regional officers, Conference Coordinators, and Conveners, we invite all of you for the 19th North Central Region Sai Conference and Retreat, with great enthusiasm and love.

The Theme for the Retreat is "With Love, Human is Divine: Transformation through S.A.I. (Service, Adoration, Illumination)". This theme provides us with a great opportunity to understand what Divine Love really means and how we can practice it in our daily life. Swami often addresses the devotees as "Embodiments of Love!". This Retreat will help us with the information and practical guidance on bringing out and manifesting the latent Divine Love that is inherent in all of us. Swami says “Devotion represents Total Love. Devotion and Love are inseparable and interdependent. Bhakti/Devotion is the means to liberation and Love is the expression of Devotion”.
We are really very fortunate to have wonderful Guest Speakers this year.

Dr. Samuel Sandweiss and Mrs. Sharon Sandweiss:

Dr. Samuel Sandweiss, an eminent Psychiatrist from San Diego, CA, is one of the early devotees from the USA to visit Swami and recognize His divinity. He is also the author of widely-read books “Sai Baba: Holy Man and the Psychiatrist”, "Spirit and the Mind", and “With Love, Man is God”. Our Retreat Theme is based on his latest book, “With Love, Man is God”. Originally, when he presented the manuscript to Swami for blessings, the title was “Man is God”; but Swami changed the title to “With Love, Man is God”. Samuel and Sharon are well known in the Sai Organization and are inspirational speakers.

Mr. Ted Henry and Mrs. Jody Cleary

We are proud to have Ted and Jody in our region (Cleveland, OH). Ted Henry has been the Evening News anchor for ABC in Cleveland for more than 25 years. They both have been doing wonderful service spreading Swami’s message in the community by way of conducting weekly study circles and producing video interviews with several Sai devotees worldwide. In the past, they have conducted Newcomers program at our Retreat. They recently produced a short video, “Who is Sai Baba?” which has been widely distributed.

We are making every effort to make the Retreat truly inspiring and enjoyable to all. This Retreat will be a great opportunity to meet with hundreds of other Sai devotees from all Sai Centers in the Region. It will be a very memorable experience for all the devotees, because of the variety in programs to address the theme, while allowing enough time for leisurely interaction with the rest of the Sai family.
